“Very kind helpful staff. Great breakfast”

“Everything was wonderful.”

“The location is great and walkable! The staff is also very kind! That alone makes this location amazing! I definitely recommend!”

“They could clean better, the pillows were small and uncomfortable and the towels look like they were 10 years old”

“Beds were very hard. It’s 2 story with no elevator. Walls were paper thin. The doors were very heavy and slammed shut so anytime anyone down the hall came or went it sounded like doors slamming. It’s right up to a very busy highway where semi trucks travel throughout the night. No hairdryer, iron, or conditioner.”

“Buen hotel para quedarse unos días”

“Wouldn’t provide room I paid for since it was under reservation and wouldn’t let me change the name”

“Location”

“Para el.precio todo muy bien”

“Beware of this hotel if you have any issues , the staff could care less about your issues and the General Manager will not talk to you either in person , phone calls or emails”

“Took staff over 5 minutes to acknowledge us when arriving for check in even though there were 3 staff members and only one other customer being helped. Room was ok, carpeted floor felt and sounded sticky, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided in shower were practically empty, food left in refrigerator from prior guest, breakfast buffet was disappointing, and the coffee was not good.”
