Not a good experience. Originally wouldn’t let us check in even though we had the email with name and confirmation number, accused of it being fake. Finally checked in in the middle of the night. Ran down property with rude front desk staff. Rooms are average. I would go to another hotel close by.

Laundry was good, but there is only one machine. Breakfast was ok. The room smelled very moldy/musty. The TV in the exercise room didn’t work. The electronics on the exercise equipment didn’t seem to work.

The advertisement on Expedia states that the hotel had swimming pool and hot tub. The pool was shut down for “the season” in California. The hot tub was luke warm and the jets didn’t work. After talking to the front staff she stated the down for the season and didn’t really show interest of caring about the hot tub. Disappointed on the follow thru or agreeing a discount since that was the main reason we went. The breakfast was really good.

We do have a swimming pool, however since it is outdoors we close it during the winter. Spring starts on Tuesday, I hope you will come back to check out our pool then!

Such a clean and nice hotel. The staff was very kind and friendly. The only big downside was how thin the walls are. We had a room where there was an adjoining door, we could hear EVERYTHING in the neighboring hotel room from people talking to the TV being on, it sounded so loud as if the TV was on in our room. This started at 6am and woke us up both days making it hard to rest. I would not stay here again purely based on how thin the walls are and the sound bleed was just awful. Such a bummer because everything else was lovely.

We were given a room that had a connecting door to the next room. There was no noise insulation between the rooms - the people in the next room had the TV on until 11 and continually laughed. Also, we could see the light on under the door. When the TV got shut off I could still here them snoring all night. Traffic noise from outside was loud also. There was no carpet in the room that might have helped with noise absorption. I would probably not stay here again unless no other choice. Not horrible but I did not sleep well.

Upon arrival property had no water . Sign on front door stated water had been disconnected to entire property due to pipe burst in a room . Front desk employee was rude and curt regarding the matter . I was told water would be available within 15 mins after checkin time . Water was not available for 2.5 hrs .

The room was missing a remote for the TV and hairdryer. I would have given a lower rating to this hotel, but the staff tried to compensate and fix one of the problems. They did not have a spare hairdryer and did not think to get one from a room that wasn't booked (the hotel was barely occupied). I will not return here.

Best staff ever - worth more money than I paid!
We arrived at the hotel tired from a full day of working a conference. Our front desk receptionist, Kim, was so amazing! Just about the friendliness person we ever met at a hotel lobby, she upgraded us with my rewards, gave us snacks from the breakfast bar, and just took care of us above and beyond. We had hoped she would be there in the morning so we could enjoy her again, however, the morning ladies were equally wonderful! What a pleasant surprise - our stay was not only comfortable, room excellent, but the staff was the best I ever experienced - I would stay here again even above a high end hotel as they made us feel so at home.
