“Upon checking into this property at the front desk I noticed that our TV was programmed in Spanish & the closed captioning was not working. I speak & read English so this is very important and also my wife is hearing impaired so this a necessity & not a luxury. When the staff came to the room to try to get the TV working she didn’t know why the remote control wouldn’t work properly. An hour later I spoke to the front desk again about getting a manager to come to the room to correct this...

“Everything was amazing—we truly loved our stay. The room was beautiful, and the view made the experience even better. My girlfriend really enjoyed it as well, which made it special for both of us. The only small thing we noticed was that there wasn’t enough sugar provided for the coffee, and there weren’t utensils available for guests who might bring back snacks or dessert. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Thank you for such a great stay—we would definitely come back!”

“Toilet was clogged when we arrived. We were able to unclog it the first time, however, the second time we had to unclog ourselves with a plunger we got from maintenance. We lost consistent hot water almost completely on our last night there and could not bathe our kids before traveling home.”

“Breakfast was delicious. Was confused that the bar wasn’t open and no hours of operation were posted. Was a little concerned that the outside door wasn’t locked but it may have been only during the day.”

“Staff were very helpful with giving information about the area and places to go to and to eat at. They were all very kind. The room was cozy and very clean. Grounds were nice and well kept. Prices were good. I would stay there again ”

“Hotel and staff were excellent. Slight problem: woke up at 3:30 in the morning a little warm, so turned on the air conditioner. Unfortunately, it whistled and kept us up. I told the staff in the morning and they said they were aware of that problem and will need to fix it. Gave me a $30 room credit but would prefer to have had a sound sleep.”

“Room had cobwebs in every corner only one light switch to control main room light and bathroom bed felt like it would fall to the floor if you moved the wrong way. ”
