"It’s a Disney masterclass in terms of place, distance from parks, regularity of shuttles door to door ( no charge) - it’s basically there to accommodate park goers. The property itself is dated and in need of upgrading but if you can put up with that you’ve a great facility with good staff. Good in the restaurant not overly appealing but the deli has a good range of takeaway. Overall a dream for Disney access."

"the standard room with 2 queen beds had no drawers to put clothing. Also all the door are extremely heavy and slam closed when anyone comes or goes…so loud and hard it would shake the bed. there was also some sort of sensor on the wall that kept flashing on and off. very annoying and if you have difficulty sleeping or a light sleeper i would skip staying here. staff all nice"

"Read the fine print: rooms do not come with refrigerators or microwaves. I would call ahead regarding amenities, we arrived & laundry room was out of service, jacuzzi was out of service. Other than that hotel attendants were helpful & nice."

"It was a beautiful hotel inside, however the pool was pretty dirty (with a pool guy sitting out there monitoring but not cleaning anything). The beach area had a lot of garbage floating in the bay that was yucky. And it’s on the water but not like you would think..it has a drop off of rocks then water. It’s not like a sandy beach you can walk out to. Outdoor seating and bon fires were nice."
