"This hotel made us the highlight of our Busan stay. We were treated like royalty every time we entered the hotel; the staffs were very kind to help in anyway they can. We want to thank especially Oscar Park, and his manager. Oscar went above and beyond and to make sure our stay was comfortable, with excellent recommendations to dining around the area. The weather was hot when we visited Korea. It was so nice that the hotel is attached to a huge shopping palace and duty free, we were having such a great time without feeling bored. The room is also very comfortable. Living in high end hotels many times, I have never been impressed with their amenities that I would abandon mine to use theirs. Lotte amenities are luxurious and I have been using theirs throughout this journey. Showers pressures are excellent, and additional details like soft close bathroom doors and underbed lightings really makes the hotel a great place to stay. Our family are very impressed with this hotel and there is no doubt we will book this hotel again when we visit Busan in the future. And thanks! Oscar! "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. I had to cut short my stay in Busan and a lady on reception helped with refunding the difference. The room was nice and the breakfast in the morning was a buffet with plenty of choice - not what we in the west would normally choose but enjoyable and as much or little as you wanted. "

"We've stayed here multiple times at this point. The location right on Haeundae Beach, walkable to so much activity, such as fresh seafood and more at the Haeundae Market and access to the sky capsule/train at Blue Line Park, is unbeatable. Moreover, the service (shout out to Harley in particular!) is what has brought us back twice in 2 years, with his great personal recommendations for restaurants and what to do in the area. This trip, Harley took the time to help us book an airport van for our large group and assisted in ensuring the best rooms for our stay. But it was even after our stay that the service stood out. My husband had left some personal belongings, and Harley made sure they were found and dispatched quickly to our next hotel in Seoul. When the package came, it included our child's item as well, which we hadn't even realized was missing! Thank you to Harley and team for taking care of us. We'll look forward to our next stay!"

"We enjoyed it so much even though we couldn’t see the blue sea and blue sky due to the weather. The suite room was bigger than our master room and bathroom together at home! The breakfast was amazing!"

"Great place to stay right across from Busan station. Rooms rather small but well kept. Staff are professional and courteous. Check in & out are fast; luggage storage is very helpful. Definitely would stay here next time in Busan."
