“The staff was wonderful We moved 4 times. Our room was supposed to be handicap accessible. Finally the 4th room was. Food selection was not what we expected”

“Absolutely beautiful apartment. Great location across the street from the river for a nice stroll on the path by the river. It’s stocked with every possible amenity — even an espresso machine and ice maker. The kitchen is well stocked. The host is exceptionally responsive to any questions that may arise. Check in/out process was seamless. I would highly recommend for a 5-star experience.”

“As a solo traveler, This is a fabulous place to stay. Great food, comfy bed, friendly staff. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Only downfall is there is no elevator and I was on 3rd flr. Was a great work out though. Prepped me for all the stairs at the castles I visited. “Very interesting place to stay. Amenities were great. Breakfast was great. Pool and exercise area was very nice. Would have lived to have been able to grab a drink and sit in the drawing room but very few spots available there and nothing for a family of five. Seating in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was basically unavailable for five of us too. Staff seemed overworked, they were very friendly but were handling multiple guests at once and in a constant rush. I’m thinking they were...

“oh my god. this hotel is unbelieval perfect for us. whisky sweet room is fantastic comfort.. and room service steak was perfect delicius. we couldn't forgot steak. fresh beef and perfect chef skill. we really thanks. and we r sad our poor english. cuz we couldn't expression our perfect memory about malmaison.”

“The young man that checked us in was so helpful. He was able to direct us to the bar for ice, got a couple of washcloths (not sure how ladies wash their face in Scotland) and even some extra pillows. Great pool/hot tub as well.”
