“Most rooms are windows looking interior, very basic with a very small sizes bathrooms even smaller than you can not imagine with only 2 small sizes soap, no shampoo, no smartTV to watch Netflix or the others and of course NO hot water, l am serious with a lot noises with the kids of the guests shouting at the interior yard‼️If you are not staying at the room 101... It's the only room you can call a nice hotel room with the city view but you have to pay a bit more than double to stay in that...

“Room smelt old and musty.No fresh air & not bathroom exhaust. Sheets and towels had stains, no wash cloths available so bring your own if you use them! No microwave in the room! The minibar is so small only fits about 2 bottles of water so it’s not ideal for a long stay. Lastly the shower door swings in instead of out so it was very difficult to bathe a toddler, the only option is getting in with them. Would not recommend for families. Better for solo travelers.”

“Our stay at San Antonio Hotel was not what we expected but if you don't have the same expectations you may be ok staying here. The room was not fresh and modern... it could use some upgrades. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (there was hair on the sink and floor from a previous guest). The toilet seats (which we mentioned) were corroded and needed to be changed (unfortunately, the other room they offered us had the same issue so we did not change). However, the water pressure was great,...

Las habitaciones son comodos y limpias el personal muy amable y atento, en mi opinion es un lugar muy recommendable para hospedarse y sentirse como en casa. La administration del hotel es un personal muy atento y estan muy pendientes de todo lo que nesecites, ofrecen muy buen servicio al cliente. ”
