"Loved the location as it is close to everything but unfortunately the pool and hot tub being in the basement was disappointing. There is no general lounging area where one could enjoy a latte and relax, unless I missed it, and the area near the front desk was often crowded. The best thing besides the location was the staff, particularly Ms Lee at the front desk. A real asset to the guests and a reflection of the hire’s desire to provide exceptional customer service."

"Convenient location for the Lotte amusement park and the Olympic park. Good size rooms , we'll maintained, efficient staff and overall good experience. Only downside is that breakfast isn't included and costs 61k Won ($45) which i felt a bit overpriced. Fortunately there are coffee shops nearby do it wasn't a major problem."

"The hotel was very well located for Myeongdong. Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. It had coin laundry facilities in the hotel which was very convenient. However you had to go to the 3rd floor for irons (no irons available in the bedroom)."
