“Do not book... i dont know who these others are that left good reviews.. but absolutily not a place to stay. I booked 2 adults 2 children 16 years old a week in advanced trusting the reviews. “I saw this place was rated 8.4 so figured it would be good. The whole area smells like fish including in the room. The walls are paper thin and could literally hear the guy next door farting. The bed was small and so was the tv. Overall just not great. ”

“We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.”
