โGreat location with easy parking - we loved the modern decor and signature boutique rooms - although a little smaller than hoped. Comfortable large bed and great shower. Excellent breakfast. โ
โHost was lovely and room was very well situated in town. Room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was optional but not expensive and great valve and great food. Car park was safe and able to pay fir few days at once. Loved the area and would go back in a heartbeat, thanks โ
โConvenient location, the room was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the honesty box self service breakfast system in the guest kitchen, again it was spotless. We ate at the attached pub and enjoyed some fantastic live music. Food was great and hotel guests get a 10% discount. Cannot fault it!โ
โLovely hotel in good location. In walking distance of centre. Beautiful spacious room with everything you need for a great stay. Comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Not had breakfast yet but looks like plenty of choiceโ

โIโve been staying at this Muthu for many years now. The reasons for coming back have been the view, facilities and the ease of parking. Recently, the staff have remained consistent and Iโve found them to be polite, pleasant and happy to engage. We love the lounge area and the pool. Some updating could be done, but the rooms have the dated quirkiness which is appealing. It would also be nice if repeat customers were recognised for their loyalty. Iโm not sure if Muthuโs systems allow for such...
โe real gem in Oban- comfortable homey feel, great staff, and a breakfast that should not be missed! Also has an impressive Spa but I did not use it. โ
โDespite some other visitors concerns I had a lovely experience. Easy to book, called a couple of times before to discuss arrival times and confirm bookings, staff were pleaseant and helpful on the call. On arrival on a busy and noisy Friday night, staff again were lovely and helpful, locals/regulars didnt stare or make us feel unwelcome, found parking right in front of the property, basically it was seamless - very welcome after a long night drive. Rooms were spacious, well-equipped and clean....
โThe view is amazing, by far the best part of the hotel, right on the ocean, wow. The front reception is nice a bit on the aged side. Our room was decent. The shower, gross!! There was mold on the walls and curtan and the drain did not go down while showering. Took about 5-10 minutes to drain... after your shower was finished. I was also disappointed that even though we paid to stay the night, we had an additional charge to park our car. If you need a place to stay and are out of options...
