Glenwood Springs is our favorite place to visit in Colorado as a family. The hot springs pool is extraordinarily expensive at $43 per person, but it's worth it in the end. We visit for the hot springs soaking, which has been a decades-old tradition.

Always love hanging out in GS. The restaurants are nice and the hot springs are fun. And I also like skiing at Sunlight when I get a chance. It's a great little mom-n-pop ski hill with an old school feel.

The Adventure Park was really fun, even in winter. The caves there were super cool! I am afraid of heights but the gondola ride really wasn't that bad. I just sat facing the mountain and was okay.

With the Yampha Vapor Caves and the Hot Springs (2+?), as well as the proximity to Aspen, Co there's plenty to do.

"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the experience was absolutely wonderful. We could not have asked for A more comfortable and warm experience. Derek, the owner is a genuinely wonderful human being. His home is so interesting with local history and we are excited to return next year. The bed was so comfortable! The back area is private with a wonderful hot tub and a little fireplace. It also has a TV you could watch while you’re sitting in the hot tub. The front porch has two rocking chairs and the street is very quiet and beautiful. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and activities. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Lots of options and everything was very tasty. We highly recommend staying at Glenwood Springs B & B if you are coming through the area. "
