“I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. From start to finish I felt welcomed and well looked after.. Gosha one of the managers there allowed me to check in a bit earlier as the room was coincidentally ready when I arrived. Nothing was too much to ask.. I was provided with a hair drier , an iron and a fan (upon request) The room was clean , spacious and tidy There were cooking utensils, washing up liquid and a sponge for the dishes. Toiletries were also provided The hotel is located 20 mins walk...

“먼저, 조금 일찍 도착해서 전화를 했더니 직원분이 굉장히 친절하게 응대 해주셨음. 방도 두가지 타입 중 어떤 게 좋은지 한번더 확인 후 배정해주심. 주차장도 건문 뒤편이라 가까워서 좋았음. 걸어서 10분정도 가니 크리스마스 마켓이 있는 중심지였음. 묵었던 방은 창문이 커서 그런지 채광도 아주 좋았음. 굳이 단점을 꼽자면 천장이 높아서 그런지 라디에이터가 있어도 조금 추웠다는 점...?”

“Booked this last minute (same day) and stayed for two nights. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Krakow again. It was superbly clean, had everything you could need. Bed was comfy, aircon worked great, even had a coffee pot! Mildly loud depending on neighbours but nothing ridiculous considering it’s an apartment. Very happy with the stay and the price! ”

Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave & crockery. Plenty of hanging space for clothing, iron, ironing board & clothes airer. In a good location, only 15 minutes walk to main market square, 30 minutes walk to Wawel Royal Castle...

“Located in the Jewish quarter which is the best part of krakow for restaurants and is a great place to explore. Has air con which is great as you can’t really open the windows at night as the trams can be a bit noisy and so can the groups of stag and hen groups singing down the street.”

“3 kids, 2 adults. Kids loved the loft bedrooms. Small, but just enough. The folding couch seems like good quality, but the gap in the middle bothered us a little, maybe a top mattress that stayed inside the couch would be a nice addition. Location- perfect. Parking- a little uncomfortable finding it at night, but fantastic, good price, 24 hour service.”

"This hotel was a bad choice. My room had a internet problem then I informed hotel. Technician stay in my room over 30minutes he couldn’t solve any problem so we missed the time to have fun in this city. I didn’t get any solution. So when they went out my room they informed me that they will check another room for us. But later this hotel told me “reception has no internet neither.” Sorry”. That’s all. It means this Hotel didn’t recognize they lost internet during long time. Besides the towel has a stain. I don’t recommend this hotel."
