There were no paper goods other than toilet paper, so we had to buy paper towels and tissue. Also, no washcloth (which seems to be the standard in the UK?) The deposit (hotels.com won’t allow me to say the amount) is excessive, IMO, and atypical. "

"Citizen M at Tower Hill is a vibrant hotel full of character. The roof top bar on the 7th floor is an absolute treat, soaking up the views of Tower of London paired with top cocktails and a fantastic array of spirits. It’s the perfect get away. Steph on reception was a star, and was very attentive to any queries we may of had at check in and throughout our stay. The location has its advantages, you are within the centre of everything with great transport links. "

"We only stayed for the night and had to be up early for a flight the next day, however, our stay was wonderful. The shower was amazing, and the view from the balcony was lovely. We stayed for our anniversary, and reception helped us celebrate with a couple of glasses of champagne. The bed was comfortable and we need to know about the pillows because we need our own!"
