“Limited menu, tiny area”

“It wasn’t far from the historic, downtown area where all the action is. The manager and owner were very accommodating with a room change I requested. Know that this is located about a Mile or so from the historic downtown so walking may not be desirable. Also it is a boutique, older hotel with common areas that are not really well cleaned and presented. Our actual room was comfortable and clean with unmatched towels but decorated nicely. “It looks like a old Days Inn inside and out. The room was recently painted up to the ceiling, the bathroom light / fan fixture in the ceiling needs a good soak and clean or replacement. The room has a 17" ? TV, mini fridge and microwave, but did not have a coffee maker or a hair dryer. The floors needed mopped, they were sticky. The 2 queen beds were comfortable enough, although they both squeak when one moved. We were on the first floor, and were able to park right in front on our entrance...
