“The receptionists and other workers were very welcoming and professional and helpful and accomodating.I dont like the rule of the hotel about you cant bring outside food(cooked) like pizza and food in box etc., into your room.That is the worse rule you can have at a hotel without a proper explanation that makes sense.Was told guests complain about the smell.That cant be.Because if a restaurant is on property,how does that explanation make sense.If one is worried about rats and cockroaches...

“I apologize as I will try and keep this not long, but as the staff would laugh, after my husband and I staying for a week, already know that is a hard task for me. “Ideally situated close to the centre of Berwick Upon Tweed. Excellent value for money. Compact room with small double bed, comfortable enough but a bit creaky. TV, Kettle and fridge in room aswell as a hairdryer. A few minor issues that could be improved upon are; TV is ok if you are connecting somwthing to it but the signal for the digital channels is terrible. “Perfect location, right on the prom overlooking the sea and estuary. Rooms are spacious and well furnished and decorated. Great cafe which is attached to the cafe, which residents can access directly. Had a great breakfast butty there. Host Allison was extremely welcoming and helpful. Plenty private parking. Just be careful when you fling back the curtains if you have a sea view... you are literally overlooking lots of dog walkers, children going to the beach etc! Make sure you are decent 😆....
