"Clean room. Nice staff. The only thing that wasn’t convenient is the toilet. The toilet makes loud noises after using…appears the water continue to rise. At one point the water continue rising and flooded the room. We requested to move to a different room and the staff were very nice about this. The maintenance guy was wonderful! The second room toilet was also slow. Drainage for shower was slower too but no flooding."

"My only issue was the pre-charges on my card. I had called in advance to check on those, as I know every hotel has them, and I was given a total of the charges for my stay timeline. Then I received a series of "pending holding charges" on my card, and separate amounts on the invoice when I checked out, and told not to worry as the charges would fall off. The other issue is the 65 bar charge I got when I hadn't visited the bar the entire weekend. Why they don't use the room keys instead of relying on someone giving a room number, and then not checking that information, is beyond me, and I have to dispute the claim online, guest desk isn't able to help with that at the actual hotel itself."
