“Nice, clean room, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast with many choices, and easy walk to all the central attractions. ”

“Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. ”

“We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor but we noticed straight away that the toilet was leaking. The staff were straight onto the problem but it couldn't be quickly fixed so we were moved to an alternative room which was more spacious and with a nicer outlook. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. We enjoyed the breakfasts and booked to eat in the hotel each night and were not disappointed- good food, and not too pricey. “Although we booked an accessible room, which was very comfortable and extremely spacious, it didn't have a walk in shower, but a shower over bath, awkward but usable. The small refrigerator for drinks in the room was very handy. The Temple bar restaurant wasn't open in the evenings during our stay, so there was no carvery on offer, the Zafari bar and grill was available and we enjoyed the meals we had there.
