"Stayed for 3 nights. Easy drive to downtown Newport. Facility is a bit on the older side, but some updates have been done and it was very clean. Shelly at the front desk was very friendly and helpful upon check in. "

House cleaning staff excellent. My only problem was that the restaurant that serves dinner was not open for dinner.The breakfast was great and reasonably priced . Felt like I was in a hotel that cared about their guests - professional at the front desk and beyond, clean rooms, no guests living in the hotel on a permanent basis and a wonderful person covering the breakfast facility. I am sold on La Quinta. The hotel was recently remodeled which really helped as well. "

"Fabulous hotel all around. The decor, ambiance, service, location and food are all wonderful! We definitely plan on staying here again. If I were being nitpicky, I would say that they need to add fans to the bathrooms, because you can hear everything in the bathroom from the hotel room ( unless there was a fan and I just didn't see the switch for it, but I don't think so). But honestly, it's just a fabulous place to stay, I highly recommend it! "
