“Liked the room but could hear other guests next door. Sound insulation poor. On Expedia it was stated that an English breakfast was included. We were surprised to see only choices were cold cereal or bagels. Also there was no place to sit down for breakfast. Desk person suggested eating in our room. Hard to carry everything to the room and there was only one chair in the room making it difficult. Good location.”

“arrived early, was told room not ready, about an hour wait. Ok, no problem. came back 2.5 hours later, past check-in time at this point (3:30) and room still not ready. AC/heating unit not working. AC running full blast, not able to turn down or off all day/night. No other room to switch to, no maintenance person came.”

“Clean comfortable well maintained hotel. Acceptable breakfast. If your crew is 5 choose king bed and sofa bed room. They don’t accommodate extrabed in the two queen beds room. They gave us room with small kitchen and utensils it was good [this room has dish washer too!!] but you need to bring you dish washer soap. I definitely recommend this hotel.”

“직원들 모두 친절하고 깨끗하고 침대도 편합니다 좁은 계단위 침실도 따로 있어 4명 가족이 지내기도 좋고, 주변지역도 너무 아름답고 최고였습니다 단 엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 짐 옮기기는 힘듭니다 아들 둘이 있어서 저는 괜찮았지만 여자들은 좀 힘듭니다”
