“First, the front desk ladies are unfriendly and rude. My husband was waiting for me while I was talking with the other lady. Instead of asking him politely if he needed any help. The lady said “what are you looking for” I found that weird and unpolished. The room had a disgusting smell of cigarettes even though they said it was a non smoking room. “Heat was on during our stay...could not turn it off as the thermostat didn't work. Room was much smaller than the photo's...pretty expensive for the quality of accommodation. But...location is good for shopping and dining.”
