“We stayed in a suite which was obviously very recently renovated. It was clean and comfortable. The a/c worked very well. There was a Keurig for coffee and a large mini-fridge. “It was the perfect location for rental car drop off and a good night’s rest before an early flight. All the staff were accommodating, helpful and friendly. We had an early flight and were given a breakfast “to go” bag. We did walk from the parking garage to the hotel, about 1/3 mile (we chose not to use shuttle. Restaurant just down the road, easy walk . One suggestion-the tub needs a mat, it was slippery. ”

“We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and so glad we found this adorable inn. Their yummy breakfasts were pleasantly served by the inn keeper, Kim and the Inn accommodated my gluten allergy for breakfast treats. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the wharf, we basically left our car in their private parking lot and walked everywhere. An added bonus, 4-6pm they served cheese, crackers and wine. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great, warm stay.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this old and quaint inn. It was exactly what I expected. Room was cute and quirky. Definitely not like a standard hotel room. But it had all the amenities required for today's guests. Check-in and staff were very friendly. On-site (free) parking was fabulous. We walked everywhere around Newport. “Stayed two nights on the first floor and loved the cleanliness and added touches the staff members provide (welcome gift bag, spa-style slippers!, flavored water, sangria, etc.). The breakfast was so good! We stayed at another inn in RI right before this stay and Mill Street Inn has the other beat. We easily walked to the Breakers, cliff walk, shops and restaurants in the harbor area. No issues with check-in or check-out, convenient parking. I would stay here again.”
