OceanCliff Hotel
There was a wedding during our stay and the music stopped at 10:30 PM. That was considerate. Young folks (college age) ran up and down the hallways until 3 AM. Only negative thing I can say. A beautiful venue on a wonderful setting. I would return for sure. Thanks, D Conner

Atlantic Beach Hotel Newport
Spacious updated 2KB room facing water. Easy parking. No breakfast though. Newport is one city we wished we had more time in. The mansions tour was fantastic. If we come back will stay here again.

Some stains on couch and curtains with a few rips…Property needs updating for sure but very clean and nice staff. A great size for families and pets. Overall great experience.
