“The Cliffside Inn is a lovely boutique inn. Staff extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Jo Jo and Bethany and cleaning staff very nice. Stayed in the ST. George suite and very charming and comfortable with a water view and fireplace. Breakfast exceptional with nice variety. Afternoon wine hour also very nice with wine variety and light snacks. A beautiful vacation and exceptional Inn.”

“Beautiful location and outlook. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had an excellent dinner at the restaurant. Our room was beautifully decorated with a deck overlooking Easton Beach. Lovely grounds and right off Cliff Walk for a long stroll. Walked to mansions, but town is a drive away. Best onion bread in New England!!”

“Loved everything about it - location, staff, appearance, amenities.”

“The room set up was perfect for our needs. The location is a short walk from all of the main restaurants, shops and bars along Thames St. We enjoyed the property very much.”

“직원들 모두 친절하고 깨끗하고 침대도 편합니다 좁은 계단위 침실도 따로 있어 4명 가족이 지내기도 좋고, 주변지역도 너무 아름답고 최고였습니다 단 엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 짐 옮기기는 힘듭니다 아들 둘이 있어서 저는 괜찮았지만 여자들은 좀 힘듭니다”

“Great stay!”

“Wonderful service from Carmen”

“아담한 호텔이라 좋았고 노후의 흔적이 있습니다 ”

“We loved our stay at Serenity Inn. The inn was amazing. The room was charming, the staff kind, breakfast incredible, and Bianca was a lovely host. We will definitely go back!”

“아침 진짜 맛있어요!! 바로 해주는 아침 식사가 하루를 행복하게 해주고 주변 관광지가 지척이라 정말 편하게 여행했어요!! 완벽했어요 ”

“We liked that we were centrally located to downtown and walkable to restaurants and shopping. We didn’t like that we were downgraded to a one bedroom from a two bedroom as soon as we got into our rental car in Boston headed to Newport with no explanation and only a $60 credit. We were also charged $70 something in taxes supposedly when checking in after we had already paid through Expedia.”

“Great location, super clean, breakfast was delicious!”

“They need carpeting in rooms… you can hear people above walking at all hours”

“This was our last hotel stay after a week of traveling around New England and we were so tired, I was intimidated by the parking and unloading at first. But it was seamless! The instructions they gave were exactly as described, and the room itself was one of the best and most spacious we had used all week. The service at breakfast was wonderful as well! Kudos to the owners and the staff, if we are ever back in Newport we will definitely be back.”

“This hotel is very clean and neat. Very good resturances, dissert shops near this wharf. ”
