"The tv situation was a bit strange and didn’t work well"

"The room very spacious looked like a suite. The hotel staff wonderful. The area was very convenient if anyone wants to walk around and enjoy great food. I will be going back to New Orleans French quarter and same hotel. "

"Hotels was 2 blocks from the French Quarter. We used valet since we had a thule on the roof. Excellent service. The valet had the car waiting for us as we checked out. "

"Our first room had a horrible odor and we were given a king instead of two queens. The next day they gave us a room with double and hotel credit for the restaurant during our stay. If we weren’t persistent, not sure we would have received room and credit. In the end they made it right, but we had to stay on it."
