    Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

    This was worst !

    This was really worst hotel I'd ever stayed. There were no restuarant for breakfirst mentioned to hotel.com and all hotel stall couldn't speak english at all. And enviroment of hotel was very no good to stay with KTV(Karaoke). This was worst !

    Muy mala experiencia , la atención terrible , no encontraron mi reservación que realice por expedía y tuve que pagar una noche obligatoriamente , el personal ni siquiera se molestó en tratar de resolver el inconveniente , no lo recomiendo
