“Fantastic hosts! We actually stayed here twice, the first visit, one night, we arrived with a tire that was leaking air. It went flat overnight, and the host insisted on changing the tire and taking it to a shop for repair, even though it was on a Sunday, and most places were closed. He returned and installed the tire, refusing any payment for tire repair or his time! Nicely decorated property and great interaction even though our Spanish and their English was limited.”

“Su nombre lo dice, boutique. Es un pequeño hotel de 8 habitaciones. Pequeñas pero muy cómodas. Es una casona renovada con acabados muy modernos. El desayuno se pide con antelación y se prepara al momento. Eso garantiza que es fresco y muy rico. No es abundante pero si es muy rico.”

“As its name is, it is a home converted into a small hotel. Our only problem was with orbitz as we booked 2 rooms with 2 people each and Orbitz changed it to one room with 4 people. The hotel gave us the two rooms when we explained what had happened ”

“I loved the fact that the property had a very colonial feel/sight to it. The property was within walking distance of the famous Arch, City Center, and restaurants. The area was quite safe, and guests really got a feel for what it must have felt like to live there during the Spanish invasion of Guatemala. ”
