"The room didn't have a window, a bit of a bummer. Also, the toilet seat needed to be secured and so did the extra towel holder. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the restaurant and a great location for the convention center."

"Nothing horrible to say but it just appears to be going downhill since they first opened. Our in room safe was broke and they kept saying they would fix it and never did. The last night of our stay they offered to move us to another room since they never fixed it which is useless the last night. It was just okay…next year we will definitely try another casino to stay at for Cruisin the Coast."

"The hotel and room were wonderful. Location perfect for walking. Only downside was not having chairs put out on the beach the 3 days we were there. Other hotels had chairs out. We were told at the front desk it’s not their call it’s the third party’s decision."

"We have always enjoyed coming to this property. This time was no different until hurricane Isaias put a stop to our vacation. The staff was very concerned about our safety and notified us of the mandatory evacuation. Certainly a come back place."
