"Great hotel right in the heart of the French Quarter. Central to everything. Room was fantastic with the only caveat that our room was on the sixth floor and hot water and water pressure was inconsistent. On two days we had to forgo showering because there was no hot water. Friends of ours that stayed on the third floor reported no such issues so we suspect that this may only be a problem on the top floor. Staff was very apologetic and knocked our bill down a bit. In addition, one front desk staff member comp'd us breakfast but we ended up getting charged for it anyway and had to argue with them a bit about that. Otherwise, had a fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the quarter."
