โ10/10! Very kind and helpful staff, neat and clean rooms and pocket-friendly. Super close to shops, restaurants and amenities. The Elizabeth Line is a stone's throw away. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!โ
โStaff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and very good value. Bed and pillows were sooo comfortable. Highly recommend. โ
โNice place, it was easy to check in and access the room. For the price it was better than expected, lovely and warm coming in from a particularly frosty day outside.โ
โStay was fine, functional, did what it said in the tin! Would stay again, I had earplugs as room room was beside underground line but it was not an issue for me.. comfortable bed and friendly reception person when I say them, no one on reception full time but there is a number to call. โ
"I have stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. As always, I find the location, safety, and environment to be excellent, especially the value for money. However, I occasionally find the cleanliness of the electric kettle in the hotel room to be somewhat lacking. While it is not a major issue since I can boil water for disinfection, improving this aspect would make it a perfect 10 out of 10."
