"The place is convenient to subway station.Hotel is very clean. Staffs were friendly and polite. Breakfast is great so much choices. "

"Fantastic accommodations with incredibly helpful staff. Having a washer/dryer is a huge plus. The gym is well-equipped, with a squash court (but very low ceiling) and a Korean bathhouse that was perfect for unwinding at the end of each day. Easy walk to Yeouido Station, and a bus stop right outside. Grab a T-Money card (for public transit) at the 7-Eleven in the basement level, where there's also a café that opens at 8 a.m. for a quality coffee fix. A bit off the beaten path (ie financial district rather than the shopping district) but would definitely stay again!"

"Best value for the money. Location is not convenient to access centre of Seoul. If you rent a car, this is a perfect place as it has free underground car park. "

What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thanks to the front desk staff who went above and beyond when I couldn’t get a cab for over 40 minutes and had to return to the hotel. She kindly used her own taxi app to call one for me, which made all the difference. Highly recommended. I'd gladly stay here again!"
