When we complained the staff said that they follow the case by mail (since we have to return next day in the morning), and is been 4 days since we leave and any person has reached out.”

“Breakfast was amazing and the staff were so helpful and attentive. Rooms were smaller but the bed was very comfortable and everything in the room was clean. The only downside was the rug in the hallway was absolutely filthy and made the hallway smell so bad. Luckily once inside your room there was no smell at all and no rug. If they remove the hallway rug it would be perfect. I wouldn’t normally write about a rug since I know they get heavy use in high traffic areas but this was absolutely...

“This is my second stay here and the property just opened a few weeks now. Everything about this property is perfect. The staff, the location, the cleanliness, the beautiful rooms, the public space and vibe here is just amazing. I can’t remember the English guys name at the check in but he is Ace. Supermarket within feet and lots of restaurants including food truck for authentic food and if you need a McDonald’s fix… right there also. I’ll def return next time I am in town.”
