Every member of staff was warm, attentive and genuinely went out of their way to make sure I was well looked after. Everything was handled so smoothly and professionally, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Chongqing. "Modern hotel with well furnished rooms. The only downside is that members of the public are able to enter the bar with hired photographers and spend a lot of time walking or posing in close proximity to you while you attempt to enjoy your drinks/food so that they can take photos and videos, which was quite irksome over time and especially when they do not respect your personal space. During our time at the bar, we observed more than 4-5 groups and they were not confined to one side (ie using the entire area for their photos/videos)"
