“Very underrated property.. Value for money, spacious space, private onsen. Recommended to stay..”

“We had a very brief stay and it was clean, comfortable and as described on the website. Very happy. About 8-10 min walk from train station, beautiful walk over the footbridge. Only issue is lack of restaurants after 19:00 and we never received our code to check in to the room-luckily staff was onsite to quickly assist!”

“Very much an Air B’nB property with a long set of rules and no engagement with staff but perfectly placed to explore the Hakone area. Train station and bus stop within couple of minutes walk, as was Hakone Open Air Museum and 7/11. Even better, a brewery is next door! House itself is fantastic and modern. ”

“The property exceeded my expectations. The only complaint I have is that some of the entries in their complementary guidebook led to some wasted time due to inaccuracies. I would definitely go to this accomodation again but I hope by then they have updated their book. Also there's the apparent fact that no public onsen seem to be in the area, so you should probably plan for going to hakone yamoto (hope I spelled that right) to get access to those. There actually is a small public one near this...

“It is hard to locate and when you try to call the number given, it ditects you to the webpage. It is stressful when you are not able to contact anyone from the property and there are restrictions that if you get late, there wiill be extra charges. Nor recommended for someone who wants to relax during the stay. ”

“하코네소에 4박을 머무는 동안 모든게 갖춰져 있어 불편함이 전혀 없었고 5자매가 너무 편안하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다 깨끗하고 정갈하게 정리된 숙소라 다음에 하코네를 간다면 또 다시 하코네소에 머무를겁니다 역에서 그닥 멀지 않았고 오르막 길이 있었지만 길지 않은 오르막이라도 캐리어를 밀고 가는 것이 조금은 힘이 들 수도 있지만 그정도는 충분히 감수 할 정도 이었습니다 정말 깨끗한 숙소로 추천합니다 8명정도는 충분히 지낼 수 있을겁니다 식탁이 8인용 원탁이 있습니다”

“Property was very comfortable. It's close to some onsens and public transport. The house is old and there are some damages, but other than that there were very little issues.”

“This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!”

“Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead...
