From the folks at the reception desk, to the house keeping lady on the 21st floor and especially the gentlemen at the concierge desk on the first floor, everyone provided outstanding customer service! "Imperial palace was our home for 2 weeks while we stayed in Seoul and I’m beyond happy with this choice. It was near the subway (Itaewon station) and was easy to get anywhere in the city from there. The nightlife on the weekends were lively but the party areas were far enough from the hotel that it didn’t disturb us. Very clean part of town and safe. Lots of shopping nearby with lots of restaurants at a walkable distance. The trail to hike up to the Namsan tower is close, as well. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept with swanky vibes and moody lighting. The staff was super accommodating and friendly! Would definitely stay here again! By mid trip, we started referring to it as “home”. "
