"Room was away from the thruway and was quiet. Noticed the noise was much greater in the hallway. Breakfast area could have been cleaned up more often and they only had lemonade and apple for their two juices (highly unusual, orange and cranberry are the common two choices). Checkout was drop key in box. I wrote a note asking for a receipt to be sent to me. I am stilling waiting. The laundry was inexpensive and very helpful in my situation. Thank you for a pleasant 6-night stay."

"We have stayed at this hotel a few times because we live in the region and come to Harrisburg for the arts festivals on Memorial Day and Labor Day on occasion. Primarily because the location is very convenient, being right on the greenbelt along the river at the edge of downtown, near the festival grounds. It recently changed hands and it doesn't seem like things have improved. We waited an hour to check into the room because the rooms weren't cleaned in time for the stated check-in at 3 pm. It took 3 tries to get into the room because the room keys didn't open our door, forcing me to go up and down the stairs (no elevator) for new keys. Once inside, finally, the tv didn't work, nor did the WIFI, as the signal was too weak to reach the 2nd floor. At 3:30 am we were woken up by unruly guests in the hallway. Some of these things weren't exactly the hotel's fault, and it was Memorial Day weekend, so the hotel was full and we couldn't switch rooms. But this place is a 1- or 2-night max stay, and don't expect much beyond that."

"Our room’s shower is wonderful and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast food is good and there is plenty of room to eat in the breakfast area. The only thing that was not excellent was the tv service for cable news. I spent most of our stay in my room doing computer work while my husband was at a conference and the large desk and comfortable seating were very helpful."
