“I’ll start with I understand this is a budget hotel and not expecting 5 Star amenities. However, I think any hotel should provide the basics. Clean areas, functioning room, kind staff. Staff were great. Friendly and handled issues best they could. Clean, well that hotel doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since opening. Every carpet is stained, tiles cracked through out, walls with holes, scratches, or dings. I expect that they’ll be some but the entire hotel is in disrepair. You can always...

“We were pleasantly surprised to find such a comfortable last minute place to stay! Our room was very tidy, our bed super comfy, and our bathroom very clean! Overslept and missed the breakfast, but we will try it next time!”

“The hotel is older and needs an update. My room was dirty and the staff was nice and changed my room but the other room had a very sticky substance on the floor and the cleaning lady on the floor refused to clean it. The staff was great and very apologetic and allowed me to cancel my reservation.”

“I was grateful to have a hot tub in my room but the room had lots of scuffs and scratches and some broken tiles. The hotel is a straight easy drive to the Hershey theme park and the staff was nice. So overall it was a good experience. But the room needed some renovations.”

“I took the same ride last summer. Happened upon this Comfort Inn by chance. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the breakfast was so amazing and the room/property so clean and kept nice, I made it a point to stay on my way back home last year, and stay there once again on the start of my journey this time. I love this place.”
