"We work with a nonprofit who decorates Children’s Hospital rooms and I contacted the manager a couple of weeks in advance regarding packages I was having delivered to the hotel. He was so kind and more than helpful in arranging for the hotel to hold these until we arrived. The staff in this hotel go above and beyond in friendliness and service. They could not have been more helpful and cooperative and accommodated our every request. Would highly recommend a stay at the Best Western Premier."

"As soon as we arrived (8:30 pm) there was a very pleasant staff me Vet behind the desk. I came in with two small boys riding on the cart with our suitcases. The staff member was extremely friendly to myself and my grandsons and daughter. She gave us great information about the amenities and told us not to miss their breakfast buffet. She was right, it was delicious with real eggs and much, much more. Everything was very tidy and clean"

"I always wipe the bathroom down at the very least when I get into a room and when I did it here there was nothing coming up! Clean from the toilet to the tub. Wiped the room down and it was the same. Pretty small room. Didn’t go to the restaurant. But liked the location as well. I normally catch the train in so now I know this place is right around the corner (5 minute walk). Paid for parking beforehand and it was the best decision they have a valet service. Checked out the concessions they had didn’t look interesting to me looked cold and unappealing, but there were many ppl buying food and coffee they serve Starbucks coffee (just the coffee, none of their food items). There is a fridge in the room and a microwave in the lobby."
