"I always stay with Hilton chain for service and quailty reasons but this place delivers! I am very pleased."

"1 night stay as a family of 4. (2 adults, 3.5 year old and 15 month old) At first I was a little reluctant to book, after seeing some bad reviews, but I'm glad I looked past them. The room was lovely! The perfect set up for what we wanted. We came away for my husbands 30th birthday and the location was a good mid point stay between where we were going over 2 days. The hotel even set up a low camp bed for our youngest, which saved us lugging her travel cot into the room. It was quite warm in the room and only a small desk fan available. We were on the 2nd floor and had to sleep with the windows all fully open and even then the children were unsettled. Luckily there is a park just around the corner, so we went for an early norning walk there. Breakfast was lovely! Staff were all friendly and chatty. We also sat in the garden for a drink in the evening, it was really nice and cool down there. The room was clean and well presented. Tea coffee and biscuits in the room. There was even a little fridge, perfect to store our daughters milk! We will definitely return if we head that way again. Thank you for a lovely stay!! "

"The hotel was ok as it was a very hot weekend i found the rooms very uncomfortable as for air-conditioning you had a fan in the bedroom to keep you cool only problem was you had to leave it on all night. Would i stay there again yes as long as the weather is not too hot "

"We stayed at the hotel after a day at Blenheim Palace and were really pleased with our choice. From check in throughout the stay the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room was clean and well maintained - really lived up to the polo club name. Nice pub on the grounds, the Millstone Hare, where we had a nice meal. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay again."
