"The property was excellent overall. Our rooms were comfortable and roomy. The only thing that was less than excellent was the very limited menu. The site describes a restaurant in the hotel, but it was really a bar with food options."

"The staff were absolutely wonderful! We wished the pool was cleaned more, there was a lot of dead bugs we had to swim around. We did also find a live big roach in our room but luckily it was only one. Other than that the resort was great."

"My daughter and I had a great experience while we stayed at the hotel. Friendly staff and Although the room initially given was not ready and had a maintenance cart parked inside the room, once I told the front desk and he gave me different room without additional charge. The kitchennette comes with a bottle opener, def can’t go wrong with their thoughtful customer service. And the location is close to downtown and the new Waterloo park. I will definitely rebook Hyatt House in Austin again"
