"We never got into the condo! I never received an email after the initial confirmation. We arrived at the unit, called the phone number provided and I was told they had no reservation for me and that they didn’t even manage that property. I called hotels.com. They had no information either tent credit card was charged and the number the credit card company gave me to call was the same phone number. It was a mess. It was cold, dark, raining, 3 hours from home with a crying baby. I ended up booking thru vrbo with no issues and now have to dispute this charge."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed on this property. It is perfect for our family of six and so convenient. It is a little noisy so I will try to get on the fourth floor next time. Also, there could be more glasses in the kitchen and more coffee pods. "
