Staff was welcoming and helpful. Attendant showed us to our room, stay to demonstrate A/C and TV controls insuring that they were both working to our satisfaction. It was this small attention to detail that can make the stay far more enjoyable. Before each day's outings, staff reviewed plans and made helpful suggestions about routes/ additional sightseeing stops/ restaurants/ and street hustle items to avoid. Location is great. Walkable neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. I've stayed in other neighborhoods in Ho Chi Minh... I like this one the best. Rooms are on the small side, but that is to be expected. Breakfast was good - both western and local options that were delicious.
