Nice for those on a medium budget. All the staff were really nice and professional. They do keep a high standard of service. The room I had was pretty spacious for two beds. The bathroom was ok. The bathtub was a little high and can be scary for older people trying to get in and out. Also water just sprayed everywhere but the bathroom floors had a drain which did not pose too much of a problem. Just update the bathroom to a shower and it would be safer. Or add a rail for someone to hold into. I enjoyed my stay here.

We had booked an airport pickup through the hotel which costs $30 usd but had to wait 30 mins for the vehicle to arrive - terrible service, should have ordered a 'grab' for quicker service. We addressed it with the hotel, they said that was normal as cars were not allowed within the terminal, which is false as we observed mutiple vehicles coming through. The building could use a modernization as you can tell its dated, the ac within our room wasn't working; therefore, our sleep was terrible. The breakfast buffet had a good selection.

Perfect location at the heart of the city

We got a family room, very spacious and newly renovated. Large beds and the room came with 6 bottles of water daily, toiletries, and a separate toilet and bath (perfect for having multiple people sharing the room). It also comes with breakfast which is nice, with varying menus everyday. Location is perfect, within the heart of the city, 5 minutes away from ben thanh market, 10 minutes from the independence palace, and lots of restaurants to try around the area. This being said, it does get noisy sometimes because of the location and some ongoing renovation works. Nothing too bad, fortunately.

I booked this hotel because they advertise a rooftop bar, sauna, jacuzzi & 24 hour front desk. I got an email from hotel day before checking in about how to access rooftop bar on 10th fl. I let them know in advance I'd be arriving late at night too, which they said was no prob. When I got there, bellman was asleep on couch lobby. Ok. Fine. Front desk guy wakes him to help me. Not a big deal. I get in elevator and sign posted about the 10th floor (rooftop bar etc) closed for renovation. Bummer I think. The next day I hear very loud banging from the renovations (hammer). Ugh. I go into elevator and there is a a dust cloth covered in dirt and debris (from maintenance crew). Now I am starting to feel like why did I pay 4 star price. I had to check out very early when I left which I told front desk about ahead of time. Sure no problem ..they assured me soneone would be available. When checking out both the front desk & bellman were passed out in lobby. It took a while to wake him up. I said I'd leave my bags to get coffee and they'd keep them secure. I grab coffee for 20 mins, come back and they are passed out again. Listen, if I paid $30 a night for the room, I wouldn't complain. But I was charged about $79 a night. Basically paying for amenities that wasn't available as advertised. If you want to book this room & expect sauna/bar etc. Check whether its even open.

前面道路に出ると目の前にベンタイン市場が見え、周りにレストランやSPAもたくさんあって便利な場所でした。市内観光地もGrabで数分で移動でき、また利用したいと思えるホテルです。 近くのクラブからなのか、夜は大音量の音楽が部屋まで聞こえていました。何時に終わったかわかりませんが深夜は静かでした。
