“I booked a room for Saturday, October 3. I came from Florida that day, so I was putting a lot of trust in the photos that they posted online whenever I arrived at the hotel the front desk lady was not very pleasant and seemed very irritated to exist. She gave me my room key, and I walked into the room and all I could feel was instant humidity. It smelled like an abandoned building. There was no hand soap by the sink and the only thing that I could use to wash my hands was a bottle of shampoo,...

“Ignore the rating!!! This is a 100% honest review. We will never stay here again. There are cockroaches in the room. They weren’t big but I don’t care. 1 roach is 1 too many, more less 2 of them. This indicates a problem and infestation. This hotel has a bar connected in the same building. It would probably be ok but they were bbq-ing in the parking lot and all of the drunk people were out in the breezeways of the hotel fighting. My family and I were so scared we took turns looking out the...

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, and other amenities. It was also very easy to find and access. There are a few areas that could be improved. The mattress protector and bedding could have been a bit cleaner, and the room could have had a fresher, more pleasant smell. Also, the water temperature was not always as comfortable or consistent as expected. Despite these details, the...
