"If you have a loved one residing at Orange City Nursing & Rehab, this is an excellent place to stay because it is 1.3 miles away. There is free parking and a reasonable free breakfast, a room with a mini fridge and microwave, free coffee (including decaf)/tea anytime, and a small gym and pool. It is near a Target and Walmart to help with anything you have forgotten. The cons: I struggled to figure out how to turn off the flashing message light on the room phone (to be honest, I didn't ask for assistance). The only way to turn off the room fan in my room was to turn it to heat (I didn't ask for help about this, either) and when I pulled out the ironing board to iron, it fell apart! After all of this, I am still giving it a decent rating because the staff were friendly and the hotel was near various fast food places and BBQ places. The only non-chain restaurant around was Red Bowl--a nice Asian restaurant that does take out. It is a reasonable price for what is offered and the location is quite good."
