I just wanted to say thank you to the people working at this La Quinta. You went above and beyond for my family's stay here. We had a delayed flight and they stayed very late to make sure we got in and had a place to rest our heads. All the staff was friendly and accommodating. I am extremely grateful.

Overall just ok. The pool was only open periodically, and when it was it was cold and cloudy. Breakfast was understaffed and so food was always running out. Some days there weren’t full items even if you came down at the beginning of breakfast service. Housekeeping and front desk staff were helpful and cleaned room well.

The property appears to be under renovations; however, there did not seem to be adequate planning for parking or ensuring guest amenities were up to standard. The morning breakfast was running late, and the staff member assisting was unable to keep up even with the small number of guests present. This resulted in people waiting for the continental breakfast items to be refilled.The amenities, including the indoor pool and hot tub, were open but appeared poorly maintained. The water looked dirty, green, and cloudy, and did not seem properly filtered. The air conditioning units also need updating. The unit had to run continuously in order for the room to feel cool, which made it less comfortable overall.

The room we stayed in was nice and comfortable; however, there are a few areas that need improvement. The bathtub appeared worn and took an unusually long time to drain, which was inconvenient. The breakfast selection was also quite limited and could be significantly improved. The options were restricted to overcooked French toast, a small portion of breakfast patties, and scrambled eggs. There was only one juice option available, with no alternatives aside from coffee and water. Additionally, the breakfast attendant was not very accommodating. Lastly, the swimming pool and hot tub did not appear clean, which was disappointing. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience.
