"Clean room, helpful staff, Bank of Taiwan was just around the corner, no trouble using the wifi on phone. There is an underground mall exit right in front of the hotel (Exit 11) that connects to the blue line MRT, but it doesn't have escalator/elevator. We used it to get around when it rained. Otherwise, we browsed through the surface shops along the way to Exit 14 which has an escalator and elevator. "

"A/C is a little weak for foreigners . Staff is very helpful, room is average, view from our 15 floors is wonderful. Over all, we enjoy our stay here!"
