โNous avons รฉtรฉ reรงus par un personnel s'exprimant parfaitement en franรงais et qui a su trouver des solutions ร notre problรจme (nous avions cru avoir une rรฉservation pour 3 personnes mais nous avions une chambre couple + enfant). Aucun frais en plus, mais des solutions trouvรฉes en quelques minutes. De plus, l'hรดtel est plein de charme, la dรฉcoration de chaque chambre semble รชtre diffรฉrente, cela change vraiment des chaรฎnes d'hรดtels impersonnelles. J'y retournerai sans hรฉsitation et avec plaisir.โ

โExcellent location close to public transportation (bus, train etc), shopping and restaurants! Walkable distance to the beach, and nearby town Ciboure. No need for a car at all, we took buses to Bilbao, San Sebastiรกn Spain.
Little choice at the hotel breakfast (wish there were fresh fruit), but staff prepared scrambled or sunny side up eggs upon demand. Overall I will highly recommend this hotel. โ
โStunning hotel with large, modern and quiet rooms. Very friendly staff. Very good food in the food hall. Right in the town centre close to shops, beach and restaurants. Only 2 min walk away from the train station. Absolutely perfect!โ

โNous avons passรฉ un excellent sรฉjour ร Saint-Jean-de-Luz ! Lโemplacement de lโhรดtel est parfait, avec une vue splendide sur les plages. La chambre รฉtait spacieuse, dรฉcorรฉe avec goรปt, et mention spรฉciale pour les rideaux et stores occultants : nous avons dormi comme des bรฉbรฉs ! Tout รฉtait trรจs agrรฉable et soignรฉ.
Seul petit bรฉmol : le self-parking, qui pourrait รชtre amรฉliorรฉ pour รชtre plus pratique. Mais cela nโa en rien gรขchรฉ notre sรฉjour, que nous avons adorรฉ.โ
โStaying in a gorgeous renovated Parador is a real treat. The history is incredible and to see these old buildings restored as boutique hotels is a wonderful idea. Car park was quite tight to turn into behind the Parador. Gorgeous old hilltop town to explore. Plenty of bars and eateries. Our room looked over the river with France on the other side and the marina. Weโll return for sure! โ
