“Did a cross Canada trip and this was our last leg. Certainly our best hotel stay during the week! We stayed with our dog so appreciated the large parking lot with lots of grassy areas and space to walk your pup around the hotel. Breakfast was the best of our trip too for being included, and the coffee was outstanding. Even the professionalism and deportment of the front desk staff was stand out. We didn’t end up going in the pool but it was a nice size. Definitely impressed overall for the value...

“In the morning there was a plumbing issue, resulting in the water being shut off in our room. When brought to the staffs attention, they quickly got us another room to use as a bathroom not requiring us to move. Essentially we had two rooms for the morning.”

“Again I enjoyed eating off real dishes at breakfast. The food was acceptable. One issue was the bathroom fan was connected to the light. Turn the light on fan goes on. So I couldn't use the light as a nightlight. Bed was comfortable. All staff were accommodating and helpful when needed.”

“I have stayed at Century Motel 5 times as break during my trips to Quebec City. The facility is clean and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and accomodating. There are many good restaurants in the immediate area.”

“Newer place, very clean. The front desk agent was so nice and helpful. The lobby had games people could play while waiting. That was awesome, haven't seen that in a hotel before. The rooms were nice. The bathroom was clean a little less updated than the Hampton I stayed in while in Nepean. A little noisy in the hallway at 10pm but was quiet and peaceful around 11 pm. Checkout was a breeze. Location: not directly in the heart of Cornwall but still close to everything.”

“Parking was easy. Staff was also good. But the hotel amenities were not at all like the ones explained and shown in the hotel’s explanation. The airconditioner wasn’t working at all. When we complained, The bed was in awful condition. The staff was working and polite but they had to obey their management. The room did not have a single water bottle. We had an enfant with us. “We liked everything. Especially the front desk staff. One particular front desk staff member by the name of Stacey was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to assist us a couple of times when we though we had an issue with the TV. Within 2 minutes she was at our door. Needless to say she solved the issue. Very friendly and professional person.”
