Ramada Sokcho Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel has a beautiful oceanfront location at Daepohang Port with direct access to the seawall walkway. The room and bathroom were small but comfortably sized, and the Deluxe Twin room had a stunning view of the ocean, port and mountains. The cleaning staff are to be commended as the room was as clean a hotel room that I've experienced. Front Desk staff also were were professional and efficient. Two things to note though: the towels, as typical with Korea, are functional but pretty basic; and getting elevators during the morning breakfast rush hour or check-out time can be challenging, especially if there's a number of tour group staying at the hotel."

"The room was clean, and the check-in staff was helpful. The breakfast was also good. We used this location to visit Seoraksan National Park. There are plenty of Ubers around or you can use the bus system to get around."

"Chambre propre , les couloirs ont besoin d’un vrai ménage! . Petit déjeuner varié. Pour un hôtel je trouve que au moins à la réception le personnel devrait parler anglais . Sinon le personnel est très gentil et serviable"

"The property is in a good location. Walking distance to Daiso, a big supermarket, many food options, the beach, and one of the bus stations. The room was clean. Had a separate walk in wardrobe, which was very handy to store luggage away. Has a fridge and a round dining table. There was a small balcony. Large bathroom with separate shower (not a wet room). Full size towels provided. My only criticism is that the bathroom lacks a bench or cupboard. But it's not really that much of a problem. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return."
