“This hotel was the most cost-effective for our trip to Juneau. Still, we didn't feel the accommodations reflected the high cost. +$200/night. Blackout curtains did not work. We stayed three nights. Asked for a fix the first morning, with no follow up. Toiletries weren't stocked, needed to ask for an extra towel because they supplied two and we were a party of 3, door was left ajar after cleaning (and thats because it doesn't close fully without a push), and bathtub was slow to drain.”

“I would not recommend this property. It is centrally located, but the room is barely adequate and reminds me of a very cheap hotel but not at a cheap hotel price. Main problem was rooms have no Air Conditioning so you have to open a window to get any airflow in the room. That by itself is not an issue but the hotel backs up to a major roadway into Sitka and the traffic all night prevented a good night rest. “There was a landslide on the only road into Skagway , it was blocked could not get in . Called the hotel after we finally found a number left a message with the owner, emailed the owner several times never got a phone call back never got a email back but got charged for our two nights, heard from several other people staying at other hotels in town all of them got calls from hotel staff informing them of the landslide and worked with them on thier reservations, I would highly recommend staying...
